1. Identification of the website owner and general information

Carder Puzzles is a Danish company, with a registered office at Claus Cortsens Gade 3, 8700 Horsens, Denmark, CVR number 41 77 16 07, email hello@carderpuzzle.com, telephone number 91 84 37 96.
These Terms and Conditions regulate access to and use of the website www.carderpuzzle.com (hereinafter, the „Website”) owned by Carder, as well as the services and products offered by Carder on its Website. By browsing or using the Website in any way you (hereinafter, „you”, the „User”, the „Customer”) hereby confirm that (1) you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the Terms and conditions, (2) you are of legal age to form a binding contract with Carder. If you do not agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, you may not access or use this Website.
For access to the Website, the registration of the Users will not be required. However, in order to contract/ place an order for any of the products/ services offered by Carder, the User's registration and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions will be required before formalizing the order.
Through its Website, Carder will provide its products for sale to the Customers, such as: puzzles and other items carefully designed for having playful and mindful experiences. The Terms and Conditions described below define the rights and obligations of Carder and its Customers within the framework of the Website. These Terms and Conditions appy to the use of the Website and to all contracts/ orders concluded between the Customer and Carder with regard to the products and/or services displayed by Carder in its online shop.
The agreement executed between Carder and the Customer shall be deemed binding upon acceptance of the order, including partial acceptance, by Carder. If the order is not accepted by Carder, Carder shall immediately inform the Customer thereof.
By placing an order in accordance with the envisaged modalities, and with the order form made available on the Website, the Customer shall read all the indications given during the purchase procedure and shall accept, in full, these general Terms and Conditions.
As part of the technical requirements necessary to cooperate with the ICT system used by the Seller purchases, the Customer should have an active email account (email) and a device connected to the Internet.
2. User Data
In order to purchase the products offered by the Website, it will be necessary for the User to register through the registration form available on the Website. The User will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the data and information provided and for restricting access to his/her computer and access codes/passwords to avoid possible unauthorized uses.
In the case that the User has reason to believe that his / her data have been brought to the attention of a third party, or if it has been used in an unauthorized manner, or is likely to be used, he/she must immediately communicate this situation to Carder.
The User must verify that their data is correct and complete and inform Carder of any variation and/or changes in the information provided in the purchase process.

3. Orders and terms of sale
The products offered for sale are displayed by the Seller in its online shop. To be able to order a Carder product, the Customer must be over 18. Carder will ship orders to most parts of the world. You will be immediately informed if Carder will not be able to ship the order to your country or region.
The Customer's order constitutes an offer. An order is only concluded after being accepted by the Seller. The Customer is informed of the acceptance of the Seller by e-mail. To place orders through the Website, you must provide a series of data prior to contracting, through the purchase form that will be necessary to manage the purchase order.
The order is placed following these steps:

Selection of the desired product;

Providing personal information, shipping and billing address;

Selection of payment method: card or Paypal;

Verification of the information and, if necessary, correction of the data entered;

Confirmation of the order;

Payment completion;

Info window with the note: "Thank you for your order! You will soon receive an order confirmation by e-mail".
An order is only possible if all mandatory fields marked with * in the order form are filled out. If information is missing or if the Seller cannot fulfill the order due to other reasons, the Customer will receive an error message. Before finalizing the order, the Customer will be given the opportunity to correct his/her order.
4. Price, payment method and discount codes
Once the purchase form has been completed, the Customer must proceed to payment through the various payment options available, which are specified in the Carder’s online shop and during the delivery and payment part of the checkout process.
Suppose at the time of payment, there is an incident that prevents payment. In that case, the user will receive an automatic payment error message and the order will not be processed until the payment process is completed successfully.
The prices are expressed in Euros (€) or Dollars ($).
All the prices shown are final prices, the Value Added Tax (VAT) being expressly included, without prejudice to the fact that the Customer will have at all times information disaggregated of the product's price.
If applicable, additional delivery and shipping costs are specified separately in the respective product description.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases, which the Seller is not responsible for and which are to be borne by the Customer. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions, (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate charges), import duties, or taxes such as customs duties. Such costs may be incurred in relation to the transfer of funds even if the delivery is not made to a country outside of the European Union, but the
Customer makes the payment from a country outside the European Union.
By selecting the payment method "PayPal" payment will be processed via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe), and subject to the PayPal Terms of Use which is available here: https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full and the Privacy Policy available at: https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full.
The payment service provider Stripe handles payment by credit card, under the Terms of Use available at https://stripe.com/en-gb-dk/legal/connect and the Privacy Policy available at https://stripe.com/en-gb-dk/privacy
Carder may periodically offer discount codes to its Customers. These discounts may only be applied in accordance with the instructions specified by Carder with respect to each code, and in any case, the Customers may only use a single code per order.
The use of discount codes will not be compatible with certain promotional actions and collections.

5. Information about Carder products and services
The data included on the Website in each description of the products and services, in their photographs, graphic or iconographic representations or videos as well as trade names, trademarks, or distinctive signs of any kind, have a merely informative function. Therefore, Carder declines any responsibility for the appearance of errors in said information. However, it undertakes to take all the measures at its disposal to correct as soon as possible the aforementioned errors or omissions, after having been informed of them.

6. Delivery of the products and relevant expenses
Carder, its suppliers, and its logistics service providers shall deliver the products purchased by Customer at the address indicated by the latter in the order, in 7-9 business days, at the cost specifically indicated in the Website before the order is confirmed.
The Customer will bear the shipment costs.

For reasons not directly attributable to Carder, the delivery times could be slightly different from that indicated on order.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the delivery times could be slightly longer than the one mentioned above.
To confirm the delivery of the products, the Customer shall receive the relevant receipt provided to him, having checked that:
a) the number of items delivered corresponds to the number indicated in the bill of parcels;
b) the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet, and, in any case, unaltered, including the sealing material.
Any damage detected in the packaging and/or the product, and any discrepancy found in the number of items or in the indications contained in the bill of parcels, should be immediately reported in the bill of parcel to be returned to the courier.
Any problem concerning the integrity of the products received, their number and completeness should be reported with no delay from the relevant delivery in order to allow Carder to proceed with the necessary verifications.

7. Returns and right of withdrawal/ cancelation
In case the Customer is not satisfied with the products received, he/she will have a period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days to return the entire order or any of the products that constitute the order without the need to indicate any reasons. Your cancellation right begins on the date you place your order and ends 14 (fourteen) business days after the date you receive your order. You must return the product(s) within the 14 (fourteen) days period.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU CANNOT EXERCISE THIS RIGHT OF CANCELLATION IN RESPECT OF CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN MANUFACTURED IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR SPECIFICATIONS.
The Customer shall be responsible for the costs of the order return to Carder. You can exercise the withdrawal right by informing Carder about your option by e-mail at hello@carderpuzzle.com. Carder will further indicate the way of returning the order to its offices or warehouse. To formalize the return, the product must be sent to the following Carder offices/warehouse:

The product is to be carefully stored and used only for the time strictly necessary to verify its nature and specifications, and must show no signs of damage or dirt, and must be given back under the following conditions:
​
a)The right of withdrawal may be exercised only with respect to each of the purchased products as whole, partial withdrawals (accessories, complements, etc.) are not permitted;
b) The transit of the product/s, until the Customer receives confirmation that the product has been properly returned and delivered to Carder, shall be at the Customer's exclusive responsibility. Therefore, if the product has been damaged during transit, Carder shall inform Customer thereof in order to enable the latter to promptly send the relevant complaint to the courier and claim a refund; the product will be made available to Customer, and the withdrawal will be managed in good faith by the parties;
c) Carder accepts no responsibility for products damaged, stolen, or lost while in transit, or, in any case, in relation to their shipping.
d) The costs of the return of the order (such as shipping costs through courier companies) will be paid directly by the Customer.
e) The product must be unaltered and must contain all its original accessories, labels, packaging and, if applicable, documentation. If there are missing elements or if the product has suffered any damage, the Customer accepts that the product may suffer depreciation or that Carder may refuse the return or make a partial refund.
As a Customer, you will be liable for any diminished value of the product(s) resulting from your handling of the product(s) other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the product(s) you bought.
We will refund the price you paid for the product(s) after receiving the returned products at our warehouse and after verifying their condition. The actual refund period may vary depending on the payment method you chose to use when you ordered. The refund does not include the shipping cost charged to you for the return.
Payment will be carried out using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. Carder may also suggest the possibility of sending a new product or the amount paid as a promotional code for future purchases if the Customer agrees.
Carder informs the Customer that the term of the return of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method that the customer had used when buying the product:

for payment by credit or debit card, Carder will refund the amount paid within a period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days since the customer decided to terminate the contract and after receiving the returned products at our warehouse and verifying their condition.

for payment by PAYPAL, Carder will refund the amount paid within a period of 24-48 business hours since the User decided to terminate the contract and after receiving the returned products at our warehouse and verifying their condition.
8. Product Change Policy
The Customer is entitled to exchange the purchased products with other products, in place of receiving a refund of the relative sum. The request for an exchange of the product is subject to the following conditions:

a) the Customer may request to exchange one or more purchased products within and not later than 14 (fourteen) days of the day he/she receives the products, by informing Carder by email, within the aforementioned deadline. The products to be replaced should be returned within 14 (fourteen) days of the day of receipt;
b) the Customer may only request replacing one or more purchased products with products of the same model. The available replacement options will be indicated by Carder;
c) the Customer may only submit a single replacement request for each product purchased;
d) the products for which the Customer requests the replacement must be returned to Carder in their original packaging, they must not have been used, modified, or damaged, and they must still have their original accessories, identification tag attached, packaging and, if applicable, documentation. If there are missing elements or if the product has suffered any damage, the User accepts that Carder may refuse the exchange.
e) the products to be exchanged that are part of a single order must be returned to Carder in a single shipment. Carder reserves the right to refuse products of the same order that are shipped for replacement in different stages.
If all the above conditions are correctly fulfilled, once the Customer has provided the request for the goods replacement, Carder will process said request by sending you a relevant confirmation email. If such conditions are not met, Carder will inform the Customer and will deliver back the product at the Customer’s expense.
After receiving the products to be exchanged, Carder will inspect the products to check that all the above requirements have been fulfilled; Carder will then verify the actual availability of the replacement products in its warehouses of the products to ensure that the items you have selected for the exchange are available.
Suppose the selected replacement products are not available in the warehouse. In that case, Carder will not be able to accept the request for an exchange and will refund the Customer the original price of the products originally purchased in accordance with the procedures specified in the Return Section. The Customer will be contacted by Carder if his/her request for an exchange cannot be accepted.
If the selected products are available in the warehouse, Carder will accept the request for an exchange and will send to the Customer an email confirming the shipment of the replacement products. Shipment will occur within 7-9 (seven-nine) business days of the date from which Carder was made aware of the request for an exchange, once the condition of the products for exchange as detailed above has been verified. The costs for shipping the replacement products shall be borne by Carder who will choose the carrier.

9. Warranty
The Customer is entitled to a warranty covering any defects of the items purchased on the Website for 6 (six) months from delivery, provided that any such defect must be reported to Carder within 2 (two) months from relevant discovery. Any claim beyond this timeframe shall be ineffective.

The Customer will be liable for any diminished value of the product(s) resulting his/her handling of the product(s) or any direct or indirect action resulting in damaging the product(s). These situations are beyond the scope of the legal warranty and Carder shall not be held responsible for their occurrence.
​
Upon receipt of the defective item, if Carder is able to confirm that such items do not conform with the satisfactory quality standard, with no connection with any fault of the Customer, Carder shall send to the Customer an e-mail message confirming the acceptance of the returned defective item. Within and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the goods, Carder will offer to repair or exchange the product.

10. Use of the Website
Using the Website for fraudulent purposes or in connection with criminal offenses or illegal activities of any kind is strictly forbidden. It is also prohibited to send, use or reuse illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or threatening material of any kind, or that involves a violation of intellectual property rights, trademarks, confidentiality, privacy or any other right, that is, otherwise insulting or objectionable to third parties, or whose content contains computer viruses, political advertising, advertising content, chain mail, mass mailing or any other type of "spam" and, in general, any inconvenience or inconvenience unnecessary.

The User undertakes to make lawful, diligent, honest and correct use of all information or content accessed through the Website or third-party websites that can be accessed through the Website links, all under the principles of good faith and with respect at all times to the current legislation and these Terms and Conditions.

Likewise, the User acquires the commitment not to provoke, maliciously or intentionally, any damage or prejudice that may undermine, alter the Website itself, or introduce or spread computer viruses that may produce unauthorized alterations to the contents or systems of the Website. Carder reserves the right to deny access to the Website or even cancel orders to Users who misuse the contents and/or breach any of the conditions that appear in this document.

11. Intellectual or Industrial Property
The intellectual property rights of the Website, its source code, text, graphics, images, photographs, trademarks, logos, artwork, design, navigation structures and the various elements contained therein are the property of Carder, to whom corresponds the exclusive exercise of the rights of exploitation thereof in any form and especially, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation, in accordance with applicable Danish and European legislation.

Carder informs the User that it does not grant a license or express or implicit authorization whatsoever on the rights of intellectual and/or industrial property or on any other right or property related, directly or indirectly, to the contents included in the Website. It is totally forbidden the total or partial reproduction of the contents of the Website, even by means of a hyperlink, without the express written consent of Carder. The unauthorized use of these contents will give rise to legally established responsibilities.

All Carder products presented by the Website are owned, controlled, or licensed by or to Carder and its partners. They are protected by trade, copyright, and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.
Neither any part of the Website nor any content or product presented by the Website may be copied, republished, reproduced, distributed, licensed, sold, rented, leased, transferred, assigned, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, translated, transmitted, hosted or otherwise commercially exploited without express prior written consent from Carder and its partners.

12. Hyperlinks
The hyperlinks contained in the Website may direct to third-party websites. Carder does not assume any responsibility for the content, information or services that may appear on said sites, which shall not be understood as offered by Carder, and which in no case imply any relationship, acceptance or endorsement between Carder and the persons or entities, holders of such content or owners of the sites.

13. Partial invalidity
In case any Clause of these Terms and Conditions is declared void, the other Clauses will remain in force and will be interpreted taking into account the spirit of these Terms and Conditions.

14. Modifications
Carder reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms and Conditions, as well as its privacy policy and any other information. The entry into force of the modifications of the Terms and Conditions will occur from the moment of its publication on this Website.

15. Notifications
All communications between Carder and the User regarding the contracting of orders through the Website will be made in writing and in accordance with the communication procedures established in these Terms and Conditions for each particular case.

16. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are subject to Danish and European legislation. Also, by virtue of the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of May 21, 2013, relating to the resolution of online litigation in consumer affairs, Carder informs you that, in In the event of a dispute, the Customer residing in the European Union may resort to the "Online Platform for Conflict Resolution" developed by the European Commission, in order to try to resolve extrajudicially any dispute arising from the provision of services by Carder.
