You will receive an email when your order is placed and again when it has shipped. If you created an account during checkout, sign in with the same email address and password to check on order updates. Of course, you are always welcome to reach out via hello@carderpuzzles.com with any questions.

I need to change my order. How should I proceed?

Please email us at hello@carderpuzzles.com as soon as possible if you would like to change or cancel your order and we'll do our best to process your request. Please note that Carder is unable to accommodate any changes to the items or the delivery address once a shipping label has been created.

How do I glue and frame my puzzle?

Accepted Answer

Congratulations on finishing your piece of art! You don’t need glue to frame your Carder puzzle. The quality of the pieces permits them to stay together while you frame your puzzle. Please see our step by step guide.

My puzzle arrived damaged, what should I do?

Accepted Answer

We did our best to make the packaging beautiful and resistant, but unfortunately, the shipping process is not always kind.

If your order arrives damaged, send us an email with your order number and a photo of the damaged product to hello@carderpuzzles.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Please note that we do not refund money. However, we will happily replace your order or issue a gift card that you can use to purchase a new puzzle.
