  • I need to change my order. How should I proceed?
    Please email us at as soon as possible if you would like to change or cancel your order and we'll do our best to process your request. Please note that Carder is unable to accommodate any changes to the items or the delivery address once a shipping label has been created.
  • How do I glue and frame my puzzle?
    Congratulations on finishing your piece of art! You don’t need glue to frame your Carder puzzle. The quality of the pieces permits them to stay together while you frame your puzzle. Please see our step by step guide. Please check out our affiliate partners, for USA or for EU if you need a frame for your puzzle. They have a wide and affordable variety of sizes and styles frames.   • What's the status of my order?
    You will receive an email when your order is placed and again when it has shipped. If you created an account during checkout, sign in with the same email address and password to check on order updates. Of course, you are always welcome to reach out via with any questions.
  • What's your return policy?
    We handle returns and replacements on a case-by-case basis. Our main wish is for you, our client, to have a pleasant experience! From beginning to end. So, if you need help with a recent purchase, please email us at
  • My puzzle arrived damaged, what should I do?
    We did our best to make the packaging beautiful and resistant, but unfortunately, the shipping process is not always kind. If your order arrives damaged, send us an email with your order number and a photo of the damaged product to within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Please note that we do not refund money. However, we will happily replace your order or issue a gift card that you can use to purchase a new puzzle.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.
  • My item was lost/stolen!
    If your item has been marked as 'delivered' but has not arrived, please allow a few additional business days for it to show up. Packages are frequently scanned as 'delivered' when in fact they are still en route. Please note that Carder is unable to replace lost or stolen items. Be sure to use the correct mailing address and track your shipment to reduce the risk of errors. We will file a claim on your behalf in the case that there are issues with your delivery, but we recommend that you also reach out directly to the courier to file a claim for your package in the event that it is lost.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    Standard domestic shipping to Denmark is 65 DKK via Post. International shipping may vary and will be displayed at checkout. We provide free shipping for orders over 200 EUR. All shipping fees are nonrefundable if the item has shipped,d and shipping fees are subject to change based on carrier rates. Please see our Shipping cost and timing frames.
  • Where do you ship?
    We currently ship to most countries around the world. Please allow extended shipping time frames for international orders. International buyers, please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what additional costs you may incur prior to completing your purchase
