Return & Refund Policy 

With our simple returns process, you can shop online worry-free.

You can send the items back within 14 days of delivery if something doesn't work out.

  • Start the return process within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • We inspect all returned items. The product must be in unused condition, with all original product inserts, boxes, and accessories.

  • Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer's remorse returns.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

  • We will refund the cost of the puzzle and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product. If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • Ship the product as soon as possible, so it arrives at our facility within 30 days of receipt of the item.  

Partial Refunds

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Please see we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so make sure your parcel has a tracking number.
