We did our best to make the packaging beautiful and resistant, but unfortunately, the shipping process is not always kind. If your order arrives damaged, send us an email with your order number and a photo of the damaged product to hello@carderpuzzles.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Please note that we do not refund money. However, we will happily replace your order or issue a gift card that you can use to purchase a new puzzle.
