1. LOCATE YOUR ORDER

If you have an Carder account, sign in, select My Orders, then locate and select the order you wish to return. Guest orders may be found by checking your Order Status.

2. START A RETURN & PRINT YOUR RETURN LABEL

Once you've located your order, select Start a Return and follow the instructions to print your label. Don’t have a printer? Not to worry, there is also an option to download a QR code which your can take to a Post office, where they will scan and process your return. Upon completion, you will receive an email with tracking information, as well as a copy of your label in case it is misplaced.

3. AFFIX RETURN LABEL

Add your items and tape your package securely. Then affix the return label to your package, being sure to remove (or cover) the original shipping label. Now you’re all set! Just drop off at a Post office or parcel shop.

Please allow approximately 2-4 weeks for return processing. You will receive a refund notification from us when your return has been processed, and refunds will take an additional 3-5 business days to credit back to your original form of payment.
