Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will inform you of any unexpected delay.

During extremely busy periods: Black Friday and Christmas bank holidays, we may need to slightly extend our delivery window. This will be by exception only. Please reach out to customer service if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties. For deliveries to EU or Non EU addresses, please see ‘Customs clearance’ below.

Customs clearance
